(AFP) Arsenal striker Eduardo da Silva was taken to hospital after suffering a horrific injury in Saturday’s Premier League match at Birmingham.
Eduardo was clattered by Martin Taylor’s lunging tackle just moments after kick off at St Andrews. Taylor was sent off but the Brazilian-born Croatian needed more than eight minutes of treatment for what looked to be a serious ankle problem before being carried off on a stretcher.
Arsenal’s players were visibly upset by an injury, with several unable to look at Eduardo. The television network broadcasting the match live in England refused to show replays because the injury was so horrendous.

Attention: this footage is DEFINITELY not for the faint-hearted.

Finally term-break is here. 1st week straight after recess going to have 3 CAs, plus need to submit 1 formal lab report. Besides tat still might need to go back during recess week for tech comm. proj meeting. Have to carefully plan my timetable for this precious 1week, if not i will suffer for the rest of the sem.

This week, i have made some new hi-bye frens in sch. Sad to say, all of them r guys. Really need to buck up in taking initiatives to know more gers in my course.

Today Yip asked me abt a ger named Valerie frm TPJC.
Here she is...

Pretty rite? "Every guy's FANTASY" as quoted by Yip himself. Yes, i was shocked too when Yip told me abt her. She happened to be one of my sec sch classmate. Last time no1 bothers to ask abt her but NOW i guess she is a superstar in NUS. She was even on advertisement for 'Baush & Lomb'. Totally shocked me wif her extreme makeover...a changed person i would say...frm ordinary to simply gorgeous. I presume she is now a model by looking at the photos posted on her frienster.

After accompanying me for 3 long yrs, my Oakley specs finally broke down. Jus like the "Going Merry" in One piece, it had been of a great service to me. Tomolo going to send it for repair. Hope it wun end up like "Going Merry".
