OPENING OF EATERY OUTLETS AT NEW ADMIN CLUSTER BUILDING
With the completion of the new Admin Cluster building next to LT 1A, we are pleased to inform you that the following eatery outlets will be operational progressively from 7 April 2008 onwards:
· Level 1 (Car Park A level, connected to Car Park A near the 7-Eleven convenience store)
Fast Food
McDonald’s
Subway
Canadian Pizza
Old Chang Kee
Cafés
Sakae Sushi
The Palette (Western Food)
· Level 2 (accessible from LT1 at Plaza level, and interconnected with Level 1)
Food Connection (Food Court)
Executive Café
The brand new cafés, food court and fast food chains will offer a wide variety of food, pleasant dining experience in a conducive environment with seating capacity about twice of that in the current Canteen A.
All food stalls at the current Canteen A will cease operation by 30 April 2008. As the development of Lee Wee Nam Library Expansion Project has been deferred by 2 years due to the overheated construction market, the existing well-lit and ventilated seating area will be converted to interim reading space or for other flexible use.

SHIOK!!! Finally there is a new variety of food available in NTU. Had been eating the same old food for the past 1.5yrs. Cannot imagine those who need to endure for 4yrs of Canteen A food.
